Cession Community's annual Easter Egg Hunt is happening again on Saturday 4 April at The Depot in Lloyd Elsmore Park. If it's sunny bring your hat and sunscreen, if it's raining bring your gumboots and raincoat cos we're having a good time and hunting no matter what! Because we like to think about giving as well as receiving, we ask families to bring an item of non perishable food to donate to the food bank as well as a suggested koha of $2 per child. Entry to the event opens at 9.45am and closes at 10.15am or once 200 kids have arrived. Entry is cut off to ensure we have enough eggs and that every one hears the instructions to maximise the fun for everyone! Hunting bags are provided so you can leave your baskets at home. The BBQ will be up and running so bring some extra coins for a sausage and drink :) Thanks to the Howick Local Board and Community Lotteries for supporting this event for our Howick and Pakuranga community!
